Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product

YourPariksha sells digital Exam Passes that instantly unlock premium content. Once a pass is activated, content becomes accessible immediately — this is why our default policy is no refund after activation, except in the cases below.

2. When You CAN Get a Refund

• Duplicate or double charge for the same pass — refunded in full.
• Payment succeeded but access was not granted and could not be fixed by support — refunded in full.
• Technical failure on our side that blocks you from using a paid feature for more than 72 hours of an active pass — pro-rated refund.
• You have not used the pass at all (zero tests started) within 48 hours of purchase — full refund on request.

3. When Refunds Do NOT Apply

• Change of mind after starting tests or accessing premium content.
• Lack of content for exams not covered by your pass (check the exam list before buying).
• Account suspension for Terms violations (content theft, account sharing).
• Partial usage or unused days after the 48-hour window.

4. How to Request

Use the Support page with your payment reference (order ID) and registered email. Verified refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; bank posting time may add 2–3 days.

5. Cancellation

Passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. If a renewal plan is introduced, you will be able to cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until expiry.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a bank chargeback — we resolve genuine issues faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
