Chaitanya, Mirabai & Other Saints is studied as part of "Bhakti Movement" (Medieval India) in History. The Bhakti Movement (c. 6th – 17th century) emphasised devotion to a personal god, rejected caste and ritual, and produced saint-poets across India — from the Tamil Alvars and Nayanars to Kabir, Nanak and Chaitanya.
